Salary :
- Basic Pay Scale :
- Scale/Grade : MMGS – II
- Scale of Pay : 64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960
- In addition to the basis pay, Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance, and other allowances will be payable as per prevailing rules and regulations in the Bank. Further, the officer will also be eligible for amenities like residential quarters/lease rent in lieu of quarters. Conveyance reimbursement, Mobile expenses, LFC, reimbursement of medical/ hospitalization expenses and other perquisites as per the policy of the Bank. Approximate CTC at Mumbai centre under MMGS II cadre is Rs. 21.00 Lakhs. However, CTC may very based on location and case to case basis.
Educational Qualification Union Bank of India Recruitment 2025:
- Full time 2-years degree/course in MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM from a University/ Institution/ recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

Selection of procedure :
- The selection process may comprise of Online Examination/ Group Discussion/Screening of applications and / or Personal Interview depending on the number of applicants/ eligible candidates.

- Part I
- Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions – maximum 25 marks – Duration 75 minutes
- Reasoning : 25 Questions – maximum 25 marks – Duration 75 minutes
- English Language : 25 Questions – maximum 25 marks – Duration 75 minutes
- Part II
- Professional knowledge relevant to the post : 75 Questions – maximum 150 marks – Duration 75 minutes
- Penalty for Wrong Answer :
- There will be a penalty for wrong marked in the online examination. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 25% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at correct score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the applicant, there will be no penal mark for that question.
- Group Discussion (GD) :
- Maximum marks for Group Discussion will be 50 and minimum qualifying marks will be 25 for General/EWS and 22.5for reserved categories. Merit list of candidates based on the marks obtained by them in online examination will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/General.
- Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks stipulated for online test and ranking sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for Group Discussion and personal Interview.
