Eligibility Criteria :
- Mine Surveyor in S-2 Grade : Essential Qualification THDC Recruitment 2025:
- Full time regular diploma in Mine Survey/Diploma in Mine Engineering/ Diploma in mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognised University Institute with Surveyor’s Certificate (Coal) of Competency issued by DGMS
- Post Qualification Experience : Minimum 04 Years of post qualification experience in relevant field of coal mining.
- Mine Junior Overman in S-2 Grade : Essential Qualification THDC Recruitment 2025:
- Full Time regular Diploma in Mining Engineering from with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognised University/Institute & Overman’s Certificate of Competency in Coal issued by DGMS
- Post Qualification Experience : Minimum 04 Years of post qualification experience in relevant field of coal mining.
Selection Process THDC Recruitment 2025:
- In order to restrict the number of candidates , if so required, the management reserves the right to conduct multi-stage selection process which may comprise of Application shortlisting (based on essential qualification, number of years of post-qualification experience etc.). Computer Based Test etc. as per requirement.
- The Selection Process shall comprise of Computer Based Test, the qualifying marks shall be 50% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD where vacancy is reserved for respective category.
- The final merit list will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in Computer Based Test and will carry the weightage of 100%
- Based on the above criteria, final merit list will be drawn for empaneling the candidates for selection and accordingly the offer of appointment shall be issued.
Compensation Package :
- The organisation offers a very attractive pay package and is one of the best in Power Sector Industry.
- The selected candidates for the post of Mine Surveyor and Mine Junior Overman in S-2 Grade will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 29,400- 3%-1,19,200.
- Selected candidates will be probation for a period of 1 year from date of joining and on successful completion probation period the candidate shall be regularized in same pay grade (i.e S-2 Grade in Pay Scale of 29,400 – 3%- 1,19,200).
- Protection of Basic pay in the case of PSU and Govt. Employees as per DPE Guidelines issued from time to time.
- The compensation Package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance @ 35% of basic pay as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance, expenditure, mobile instrument facility and communication charges reimbursement etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.

Registration Fees THDC Recruitment 2025:
- Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) shall be payable by candidates belonging to General and OBC/EWS category through online mode.
- No fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-servicemen/Departmental candidates/Candidates belonging to Doob Kshetra/Project Affected Area Families of THDC Project.
