Educational Qualification :

Soldier (General Duty) Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025: Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards following grading System minimum of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate..
Soldier (Clerk) Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts. Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Math/ Accounts/ Book keeping in Class 12th is mandatory
Soldier Tradesmen (All Tradesmen except House Keeper & Mess Keeper ) Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025:
- Class 10th Pass
- No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject
Soldier Tradesmen (House Keeper & Mess Keeper) Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025:
- Class 8th Pass
- No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject

Documents Required Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025:

Birth Certificate : Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths or 10th Class Board Certificate showing date of birth
Education Certificate :
- Education certificates with marks sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Matric/Intermediate etc. from recognized School/College/Board/University
- Provisional online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/University.
- Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BDE/DEO
- Education Boards recognised by State Govt./ UT administrations as enclosed at (Appendix D) will only be accepted
- For 8th class Pass Candidates. 8th class pass mark sheet and transfer certificates issued by school (both certificate) would be countersigned by District Inspector of School/district Education Officer.
Domicile Certificate : Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ district Magistrate
Caste/Tribe/Community Certificate : Caste/Tribe/Community Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/ sub Divisional Magistrate/ district Magistrate
Region Certificate : Religion Certificate to be issued by the Tehsildar/SDM 9if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CRISTAIN” is not mentioned in caste certificate)
Character Certificate : Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation/SHO/Head of Educational Institute within last six months
Relationship certificate : Candidates Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025: who are Son of Serving Soldier/Son of Ex Serviceman/ sons of Widow/ son of War Widow are required to produce the following documents :
- Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. Relationship certificate should bear watermarks of the concern Records.
- A declaration to the effect as mentioned in Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit is attached at (Appendix E)
- Original Discharge Book of Ex-Servicemen also to be produced. Name and date of Birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
Sports Certificates : The certificates issued by National/State Sports Authorities or Government bodies of particular sports in respect of the following will be accepted
- Represented India at the International Level
- Represented State at the Senior/Junior National Level
- Represented State at National Level in Khelo India Games
- Represented District at the State Level and have won any medal in individual event or have reached up to 4th position in the team event
- Represented the State school Team in the events organized by All India School Games Federation
- List of Sports for enrolment is attached as (Appendix F)
Pan card & AADHAR Card : PAN Card & AADHAR Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment.
