Educational Qualification SECL Assistant Foreman Recruitment 2025:

Assistant Foreman (Electrical) T&S, Grade-C (Trainee) :
- Diploma In electrical engineering (Minimum 3 years’ approved by AICTE
- Degree in Electrical & electronics Engineering ( Departmental candidates having 3 years, experience
- On selecting will be placed as Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee)- E&M, T&S-C as per requirement.
Assistant Foreman (Electrical) T&S, Grade-C (Trainee) :
- Diploma / Non-diploma Holders who have supervisory certificate valid for working as Electrical Supervisor in Mines (with Mining Part) under the Indian Electricity Rules
- Any Permanent employee
- On-Selection will be placed as Asst. Foreman (Elec.), T&S-C-E&M as per requirement.

Marking Pattern of Selection :

Asst. Foreman (Electrical), T&S Group-C	Written Test Total Marks 100	Multiple choice Question (MCQ) Pattern containing 100 questions. Each questions will carry 01 Mark.

Written Test will be conducted on OMR Sheet.

There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Note :
1. The merit panel will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written test as per descending manner
2. After examination of eligibility in detail, the applicants shall be empaneled on the basis of merit based on total marks obtained in written test and in case same marks are obtained by more than one candidate, their merit shall be decided in following manners ;-
a) Date of Appointment
In case of the marks between two candidates, the applicants who were appointed first shall be placed above the candidates who were appointed later (Date of Appointment- here refers to Date of Initial Appointment)
b) Date of Birth
In case if the Date of Birth of applicant will be taken to place them in merit list further. (Applicant who are older will be placed above the candidate who are younger)
c) In case if there is still tie, then alphabetically order of the candidate’s name will be taken to place them in the merit order.
