Age Limit IOCL Recruitment 2025:

Maximum Age Limit : 26 Years as on 01-07-2025
Relaxation to candidates applying from other categories shall apply as per Govt. guidelines as under :
- General, EWS : Born On 01-07-1999/ After date 01-07-1989
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) : Born On 01-07-1996/ After date 01-07-1986
- SC,ST : Born On 01-07-1994/ After date 01-07-1984
- Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers including ECOs/SSCOs : As per extant guidelines of Government of India

Remuneration :

Candidates IOCL Recruitment 2025: selected as engineers/Officers shall be placed in teh pay scale of Rs. 50,000/- with an initial basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month. In addition to the basic pay, they will received Dearness Allowances (DA) and other allowances, according to the rules of the Corporation in force, and as amended from time to time.
Other allowances / benefits include HRS/ subsidized Housing Accommodation ( depending upon place of posting), Medical facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, Level encashment, Leave Travel Concession (STC)/, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), Contributory Superannuation Benefit Related Pay (PRP) etc. shall be as per rules of the Corporation.
The gross valuation of remuneration to the company will be approx. Rs. 17.7 Lacs per annum inclusive of Performance Related Pay (PRP). The actual remuneration may vary depending on ;lace of posting, financial performance of the Corporation and annual performance appraisal of the individual.

Educational Qualification :

B.Tech./BE/Equivalent degree with not less than 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, as per respective Institute/ University norms obtained as Full-time regular course from Institutions/ College/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC in Disciplines like Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation Engineering.
