Salary IDBI Bank Recruitment 2025:

On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A City) at the time of joining.
Annual increment shall be granted based on performance or only other parameters as decided by the Bank from time to time

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government/ Govt. Bodies viz. AICTE, UGC, etc.
Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Selection Process :

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT).
Documents Verification (DV).
Personal Interview (PI).
Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
