Scale of Pay :
- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) ECIL Recruitment 2025: The selected candidates will be a Trainee officer in the pay scale of Rs 40000/- – 140000 with allowances admissible from time to time and will be absorbed as Officer on successful completion of one year as Trainee in the same pay scale of Rs. 40000/ – Rs.140000/-( 3% annual increment). They are also entitled for DA,HRA, Fringe benefits, Provident Fund, Leave etc. as per rules of the Company from time to time.
- Technician (GR-II) ( WG-III )ECIL Recruitment 2025: The selected candidates will be placed at the basic pay of Rs. 20480/- moth with 3% annual increment. In addition to the basic pay mentioned above DA,HRA, Fringe benefits, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical benefits, leave will be applicable as per corporation rules in force from time to time.
Educational Qualification ECIL Recruitment 2025:
- Candidates should Posses B.E/ B.Tech ITI, 10TH Pass.
Selection Process :
- The Selection methodology will comprise of two stage selection process i) Computer Based Test (CBT) ii) Trade Test. No Personal interview shall be conducted
- The weightage of CBT & Trade Test is 85:15 respectively. The candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks in each factor of selection and 60% overall to be considered for selection candidates.
- However, SC/ST candidates shall be allowed relaxation in the standards of performance over those applicable to unreserved candidates. In case of OBCs, where suitable candidates are not available as per the standard norms prescribed, such standards may be relaxed. The decision regarding the extent of relaxation shall however, be exercised by ECIL will be final and binding on the candidates.
- All eligible candidates ECIL Recruitment 2025: shall be called for CBT however, for Trade Test, candidates shall be called in the ratio of 1:4 based on the performance in CBT. In case of more than one candidate secured equal Marks in CBT, than the candidate who has scored higher marks in the Eligible Qualification will be called for Trade Test
