Age Limit BSF Constable Tradesman Recruitment 2025:

• Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 25 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary :

• Scale of Pay : Pay Matrix Level-3, Pay scale Rs. 21700/- – 69100/- of 7th CPC ( Revised Pay Structure)
• Other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees from time to time. In addition, Ration allowance, Medical Assistance, free accommodation, free leave pass etc. are granted which are admissible to BSF employees.

Educational Qualification BSF Constable Tradesman Recruitment 2025:

• for trades of Constable (Carpenter), constable (Plumber), Constable (Painter), constable (Electrician), Constable ( Pump Operator), and Constable (Upholster)
  • Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board
  • i) Two years certificate course from Industrial Training Institute in the trade or Similar trade
    • or
  • ii) One year certificate course from Industrial Training Institute or Government affiliated Vocational Institute with at least one year experience one year trade.
• for trades of Constable (Cobbler), Constable ( Tailor), Constable (Washer man), Constable ( Barber), Constable (Sweeper) and Constable ( Khoji /Syce)
  • Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board
  • Must be proficient in respective trade
  • Must qualify trade test in the respective trade conducted by recruitment board
• for the trade of Constable(Cook), constable (Water Carrier), and Constable (Waiter) :
  • Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board
  • National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) Level-I course in food production or Kitchen from National Skills Development Corporation or from the institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.
  • Educational certificate other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied with Government of India notifications declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric/10th class pass for service under Central Government.
