- Electrician (Power) (Highly Skilled-l): Pass in 10+2 with a certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade. Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade and minimum at grade 1.
- Telecom Mechanic (Highly Skilled-II): Pass in 10+2 with a certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade and minimum at grade 1.
- Engineering Equipment Mechanic (Highly Skilled Grade -II): Pass in 10+2 with a certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the Motor Mechanic trade or B.Sc. with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics or Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade and minimum at grade 1.
